Report of the Commissioners to farm the duties in the outports. Duties for two years for Canso district have been auctioned to Geo. Smith for £135; those for Port Roseway district to J. Fenton for £50; those for Yarmouth district to William Smith for £15. Account of expenses annexed. Signed.
