8 There is a great plenty of the Gaspereau Fish, [considered - crossed out] besides supplying Horton it is estimated that one Hundred Tons has been carried to the neighbouring Towns fresh, these have been taken going up to the Lake to Spawn they are estimated the fattest and best quality of all [?illegible] in America on their return from Spawning large Quantities have and may be taken for Exportation. there is also some Salmons and plenty of Eels and trout in Gaspereau, Black River, and the lakes Contiguous._ there is also some Salmon and Gaspereau Fish on the Rivers and lakes Emptying in the River Hibert with Great plenty of Trout, where the Indians are now Settled at Parrsboro._

9 Potatoes may be delivered at Gaspereau River and Parrsboro where the Indians are Settled for about one Shilling & six pence in the fall and about two shillings and six pence [per?] Bushel in the Spring.

10 Hutts [Huts] may be Constructed 20 by 16, of your description [for -crossed out] from £15 to £20 _

11 The average price of Clearing Land fit for Housing will be from 40/. to £5. [per?] acre according to the Growth of Timber &c . _

12 Wool flax and wheels may be procured for Employing
