Circular of the Provincial Secretary's Office on Indian Affairs sent to members of the House regarding the management of Indian Affairs in NS. Notes that the Commissioner of Indian Affairs has resigned and no successor will be appointed. Instead, funds voted for the Mi'kmaq will be given to members to spend in their districts on a pro-rata basis.
