I have just
returned from
Dartmouth
having had conversation
with an
intelligent [?son]
of The Forest.
It appeared that
only one Indian
is in disease and
he is in a camp
by Himself.
Food is daily taken
to him being left
at the camp door.
He can Help himself
to victuals
and is Heard to
Both [?sing] and
whistle _
