Unsigned memo regarding an agreement made on 7 July 1761 in which the Chief of the Misiguash [Missaguash?] tribe "submitted to and acknowledged George the Third as his only sovereign." Memo states that the author "cannot find any General surrender or resignation of title to territory regarded as theirs by the Indians." No date.
