To extend a line parallel [with]
the mouth line of the [river] [lines - written above so insert here] as far
South as to [clear] the [illegible] &

[Eastern] line of the river _ This tract
to be divided among [those] [illegible] in

[equitable], for which they shall pay
5/0 per acre _ cultivated & wild.

The Indians to receive an addition
