or present state.

Adopting either of these courses
will involve some expense, as it will
be necessary to ask the assistance
of the Surveyor of the County, or
some other competent person to
proceed to the spot, & communicate
with the Settlers & those who have
made improvements_ or in the
other alternative to furnish all
necessary information for the
Attorney General, and give the
necessary notices to quit.-
