Dear Sir

I now inclose you the Indian Accounts which I wish to have a warrant from the Lieu't Governor on the Treasury for. The Lieu't Governor can with Propriety give it because the Council were knowing to the expense to be created except the little amount of £18_2 supplied by your order which you may leave out if you please. I shall apply my self to the Lt Governor for the extra expense incurred upon the Navy Acc't. When these are paid my demand will be lessened to less than £900 which I hope to get at New York.
