Which of the [?Pseudo] Apostles of the Indians bears
most of the [Onus - underlined] , I know not , but I shun to think that
the [?Stipendiary] determined to take the lighter end, as he
pitched his tabernacle entirely out of the way of his Disciples.

Alas, how much more that £50 [?per] [illegible] might
have benefitted the poor Indians in the shape of blankets, [?meal] [&c]
to the blind, the naked and more than half Starved wretches among
them- Apropos unless the Honorable Committee be pleased
soon to brush away the difficulties that impede the Indians
Grant , the poor old Surveyor General may chance to receive the
honor of the scalping Knife and Tomahawk, for they cannot
be made to comprehend what impediment can exist since
[Gubbench? - underlined] promised with [underlined] his own [?mouth - underlined] that they should have it. Unless [?Clawley - underlined] whom they consider as the chief if
not the only land merchant; be turned against them-

One John [?Handley] wishes to obtain a warrant
for Lot No. 2 South Side of Lingan Bay and as much land
in the Rear as may be requisite to make two hundred Acres;
