[Sissiboo]. John Taylor 15th. Janry: 1808 There are about Two hundred old & young near this place, who seem to be "satisfied with" "the Government tho' not jealous".

Sir John Wentworth (the late Lieut. Governor) has presented the Indians near Halifax a supply of Powder & Shot, same few a little clothing, and others new Guns, or had their old ones repaired. ---
