Letter from Commissioners of Indian Affairs to William Nixon reporting that as a result of a letter by Joseph Marshall and one by Nixon, that the Commissioners will be granting relief to the aged and infirm male Mi'kmaq and Mi'kmaq women with small children. Nixon is instructed to take note of the names of the recipients of this relief.
