Consulate certificate for the Port of Boston issued to T. Brenton

Nova Scotia vessels routinely entered various American ports, but were required to contact the British Consul for that port. T. Brenton, master of the Schooner Albert of Wilmot, NS was certified as complying with the necessary regulations, 17 June 1851.
