The Indians who frequent this quarter peculiarly belong to it & have little or no connexion with those of Cape Breton & none with those of New Brunswick. Their are none that belong to Prince Edward Island, some of ours [illegible] occasionaly visits it a few weeks in the summer
[If?] the above laudable plan is duly executed it will certainly be attended with very beneficial consequences, [better?] Indians whoes situation at present in many instances are truly wretched and deplorable and are daily advancing in a more precarious state of sustenance and other necessaries of life.
