Description of a tract of land at [Escasonick?], on the north side of St. Andrews Channel, reserved for the Indians there settled.
Beginning at the south-east angle of a lot of land laid out for Ronald McDonald, at a stake on the shore, thence bounded by a line running by the Magnet N. 12 12 10 150 Chains, thence N. 75 E. 240 Chains, thence S. 12 12 E. 152 Chains, more or less, across the mouth of a creek, to the shore, thence along shore westerly, including a sandy spit, to the place of commencement, containing 2800 acres, more or less, reserving the Road leading from Sydney to the Strait of Barra, agreeably to the annexed Plan about 1/2 may be fit for cultivation.
