I received yours of the twelf Decr with the £25 on the 14 inst
and find that the delay was occasioned by it's being directed to Annapolis
instead of Digby I herewith send you an account of what I have paid
with the Leases and receipts also the bills that are yet unpaid and
the writing books of the Children all of which Mr [Coldsworth], has
kindly taken charge of Mr. Neal whishes to be allowed to clear
off what he chopped last Autumn, and to sow Grain where he
had potatoes &c and engages to seed it down to grass, and put
it under good fence, if you think fit, I will allow him to
do it as he has had but a small return for the labour he
has expended on it, and it is likely to be better done than
