Schools, or employ persons to teach reading, writing, or arithmetic, to children or adults.
6. He shall, at the close of every year, furnish the Governor a detailed report of his proceedings, and an Account of his receipts and expenditures, with the names of each chief for the time being, the number of heads of families settled, and children educated, and, generally, such information as may enable the Governor and the Legislature to judge of the value and correctness of his proceedings.
