We beg to call your attention to the enclosed letter relating to the fact that Small Pox has broken out amongst some Indian families residing about Spry Harbor Eastern Shore Halifax Cy.
We have also had an interview with a Mr Hall who left that neighbourhood on Friday 28th Ins. He states that there had been up to that date Five deaths in all 9 cases among the different families.
On referring to the C.I. Affairs Accts for the season we find the number of Indians in that locality to be about thirty seven. men women & children
