Indian Reserve:
[Ld.] [[illegible]] & Council.
[Judge] Dodd & Mr Fairbanks

I Middle River - Victoria -
First day - those who have been [long] settled
by - six families - [landed] [Parts]
the road as far as they [have] [illegible] the
[land] - but in the case of the [?McQuarries]
& others - not further than their actual
clearings, where they have not [intruded] as
[far] East on the road with [their]
[?impunity] : _ their lots to [illegible] [illegible]
to include 200 acres, a part of which
will be crop land _ for which they shall
pay as follows - for all they get from the Indian
reserve - [cropland] & [wilderness] 7/6 per acre &
for what is [illegible] land, the usual price of
1/9 thirty per acre. _
