Includes true copy of the description of land granted to Charles Ingram and others 17 Aug 1756.

Description of Land Granted to Charles Ingraham & others dated 17 th August 1765 recorded on Page 263 on the N West part of St Margarets Bay at a little Head of Land formed by Sutherland River and by said Bay Thence running N the course of said River 480 Rods thence N. 80 Degrees East 600 Rods on ungranted Lands thence South 10 degrees East to the Water side thence by the beach to the first mentioned boundary.
