Ingraham's River set up without delay, so as to ascertain precisely~what tresspasses have really been committed. As the commr. of crown Lands is out of town, where he will remain for about 10 days the land cannot be surveyed until his return. In the mean time ( if you think so ) perhaps it would [the - crossed out] will to send a letter to Webber & co, - giving them notice not to tresspass [trespass].
