Lewis Paul states that he has been interfered with by Francis Webber & others proprietors of a saw mill situate at the Head of the tide on Ingraham's River.

first [underlined] - In May last Paul had his nets set in the cove at the mouth of Imgraham's River.-----Webber & co. destroyed them [nets - crossed out] by throwing [his - crossed out] slabs from their mill down stream altho' warned by Paul not to do so.

Second [underlined]. This fall Paul built a wier on the River , about ¼ of a mile above the mill, on the Indian Land.---to catch eels for winter use. Told Webber & co. Not to bring logs down the River without giving notice so that the wier might be removed. Webber & co in defiance of this, brought their Logs down the River without giving notice, and completely destroyed Paul's wier.

Third [underlined] - That Webbers & co 's dam overflows Paul's land where he ( Paul) formerly raised potatoes and turnips.

Fourth [underlined]. That Webber and Co. have cut logs from the Indian land without leave of or in any way compensating the Indians.
