During my attendance on them -
The following is a copy with explanations
of the bill furnished the Government
Medical attendance at £2 per day

granted by the House of Assembly, -
My attendance was as follows
For thirty four days a total sacrifice
of my private practice was made. At that
Season of the year its average value is
£2 per day. This year it must have
realized more, an unusual degree of Sickness
Existing, I was not in bed sooner
Than from two to four oclock in the
Morning during my whole attendance
using every exertion in my power
