The Committee, to whom this petition has been referred, fully concur [with - crossed out] in the opinion of the Revd gentleman who petition in favour of the unfortunate Indians. But, so there has been no general system adopted for their education & settlement of these unfortunate people, we extend
this [to] the Country __ The Committee do not see how his views can be carried into effect. But they recommend that £ 50 should be placed at his disposal as [last] year _ for these schools & establishment
