Some- Francis Noel an Indian, with a small
family, might not himself have no great need
of assistance: but being a kinsman of the above
Tony Tony is obliged to stay with him as he
is not able to cut wood for the fire_ If directions
were given for their Releif [Relief] it might be [had?]
here such as fish, and potatoes, and such other
articles of Provision as are the Cheapest- If you
should think proper [to bestow - crossed out] to allow them any
Cloathing, (as the above familys are in a [?manner]
naked) [if? - crossed out] you will please to Direct for that
purpose, and it may be procured such as is
absolutely necessary to keep them from perishing
I have stated the above from my
own Observation in the familys of those
Indians ; and humanely hope they will
meet with some releif.__
