21 June 1928. Crowd attending the presentation by the Baltimore & Ohio Railway to the Province of Nova Scotia at the car-shed at the south-end Halifax CNR Station. Speaker is Chief Justice Robert Harris, to his right is Premier E.N. Rhodes. Among those seated are Percy Black, Capt. J.F. Cahan and Hon. W.A. Black. Both locomotives remained in Halifax until 1950. The Samson is now on permanent display with the Albion at the Museum of Industry in Stellarton.
