and the Silver Dart: Canada's 'First Aerial Navigator'

Alexander Graham formed the Aerial Experiment Associatio upon the suggestion of his wife in 1907. The Association included Glen Curtiss, J.A.D. McCurdy, F.W. "Casey" Baldwin and Lieutenant Selfridge of the U.S. army. The group built three successive ‘flying machines'; each made successful flights. With the knowledge learned, they built the Silver Dart.
