EXPLOSION FATALITIES PAYMENTS.
The payments to the dependents of persons killed in the Dec. 6th explosion coming under the Workmens Compensation Act are being transferred from the Workmens Compensation Board to the Relief Commission which now assumes the responsibility for them. The fatalities which come under the act numbered about 150 and the allowances were compiled by the Workmen's Compensation staff and payments have been made from that office.
