Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Lieutenant-Governor Mayann Francis and Premier Darrell Dexter participate in a ceremony to rededicate Government House and unveil a bronze plaque which displays the Royal cipher and an inscription in the four main languages of Nova Scotia -- English, French, Mi'kmaw and Gaelic. At the ceremony Queen Elizabeth was presented with a gilt-sterling silver key engraved with the Royal Cipher and dated 1810-2010 and the provincial motto "One Defends, The Other Conquers".
