Haplophlebium barnsii, Carboniferous insect wing

A fossil insect wing found by Mr. Barnes (Halifax) in 1861 near Little Glace Bay, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. The fossil was displayed in the Nova Scotia exhibit at the 1867 Exposition Universelle in Paris. As the Museum Curator, David Honeyman curated the collection that included this specimen.
