Agreed that the Same be Accordingly Sent, & That William Shirreff Esq one of the Members of this Board, who hath for want of a Secretary, Acted for these Two Years past as Such, Countersign the Same, & All Such Other Minutes of this Board as may be Neadfull for the futme Dureing his time of Acting
