Major Paul Mascarene and John Adams Esq.r Appointed as per last Minute of Council to prepart the [64] The Proclamation for the Publick Thanksgiving & the Adress to Congratulate his Majesty laid the Same before the Board, whcih being read and Amended y.e Proclamation was Order'd to be Immediately Published and the Adress to be sent home by a Convenient Opportunity

The Honourable L.t Governor Acquainted the Board that M.r James Bline in pursuance to the Minute of Council of thg 15th November 1722 Minuted upon his former Memorial Against Prudane Robichau, was now applying to hime for an Order to M.r Will.m Winniett to Comply with the Tarmes of Said Minute, the time than Limited being Expired.

M.r Winniett being Called he produced a paper to Shew an Account between him and Paul Mellanson which not being Signed by the Said Mellanson, it was Judged insufficient, and it being Offer'd to M.r Winniett if he would take his Oath that the Said Mellanson was Really Indebted to him at the time of the aforesaid Order of Council of the 15th November 1722 and he Refusing the same
