He also laid before the Board His Answer to Will.^m Blins Said petition pleading the General Issue, not guilty of the Crimes laid to His Charge by the Said Petitioner, Hoping to prove by Sev.^l acts of Parliam^t that what M^r Blin alledgeth against him to be only the Execution of His duty according to Law

All which being Read as also the Deputy Coll.^rs Information against the said W.^m Blin & his permitt, His Honour for a further Consideration thereof Adjourn'd the Board till to Morrow at eleven of the Clock in the forenoon & orderd the Said Will^m Blin to be then present to make good His Charge against John Adams Esq the Dep Collector & Defend.^t

Who presenting him with the Deposition of Tho.^s Willis his Mate who being called Made oath to the Same

Which being read & Relating as upon File to Serg^t Danellson the Serg^t was also Sent for & the Same being read & ask'd whether the Circumstances therein Mentioned were true the Said Serg^t Answered in the Affirmative

And the Board after the examination of Several acts of Parliam.^t relating both to the Custom house & Masters of vessels

BREAKHis Honour ask'd M^r Blin if he desired any further time or would Stand to the present determination of the Board and desiring till fryday Sennight being the 26 Ins.^t & the
