That no other Answer Can be Given to Mellansons Memorial, than that he may go and Cultivate Said Pice of Ground if he will Run the Risque, for that this Government Should not Disturb him in the possession thereof at present, but wait further Orders in Relation to the Inhabitants as to their going or Staying

The Honourable L. t Governor Acquainted the Board that as the Traders were now Arrived fr.om Boston, he Judged it therefore Necessary to have M.r William Winnietts Representation of their going up the Bay further According to the Minute of the Board on Saturday the 12th of June Last, that the Same may be Determined for the Benefit of Trade and the future Encouragement of this Place, and therefore Desired that the Same might be again Read in order to be fully Debated; Which being Done, The Honourable Presid.t Stated the Case thus
