Cheif, in the value of One hundred pounds New England money, That all the grain taken on board any such Vess [margin] at any port or place of this Goverment shall be brought here directly, for the use and on the risque of the Goverment, and deliverd here at the common price if required paying four penceper bush.ll freight

M.r James Blin begg'd leaue to supply the Inhabitants of Seconecto with some Grain [4] which he had promist them last fall as he sayd

Resolued that M.r James Blin haue liberty to carry fifty hogsheads of wheat to Seconecto to supply the necessityes of the Inhabitants there.

John Adams Esq was made choice of by His Excellency to serve His Majtie in Council for this Province, who took the Oaths accordingly & subscribed the Declaration aforesaid, then took his place at the council Board. A Letter which was drawn up by a Committee of Council; to the Inhabitants of Meniss and Chignecto, was read, advised on, and amended
