ye Indians should be Re-Examined, & also Peter Landry his Brother in Law, before ye Board as to what Either of them had further heard the Indians say. It having been Alledged that since their Arrival, they had Reported that the Indians had told them that they had Burried the Person called ye Capt
 


     Which being Approved it was Ordered that Mr Peter Landry & Charles Dentremon be Directed to Attend the Board at three of the Clock in the Afternoon
 


     Monday the 7th June 1736 Being Mett according to Adjournment Messrs Landry & Dentremon being also present.

     Mr Peter Landry being Examined, he Related His Story much to the same Effect as is set forth by Mr Charles Dentremon's Declaration, and further Added that He had spoke with the afore Mentioned Rich of Marblehead, who Denied that he had been on Board; But said that He had found the Ships Journall with a Letter; upon an island near the Tusketts, Which Letter being Directed to a Gentleman in Boston He had sent them thither Upon which ye Report of the Packett & Bill of Exchge being again Reasumed Mr Vane was sent for, & being Asked wether there [446] there was such a Bill of Exchge He Answered & said he Believed there was such amongst ye Paper he had Delivered
 





     Ordered that Mr Landry prepare and give in his Declaration to ye Board in Writing to Morrow ye 8th Instant at three of ye Clock Afternoon, And that Mr Secretary Shirreff should ask him such Questions as he may think necessary for the better Information of ye Board & that Sergant Tallard should Likewise Attend at the Secretarys Office, in Order to Interpret, And then Adjourned till Tuesday ye 8th Instant at 3 of the Clock P. M
