On enquiry, S. has found that the heirs of Sir Charles Hobby, Lewis Allen, one Marquise and the Pobomcoups all claim some part of the garden. Govr Armstrong says he has a deed in favor of Sir Charles. In consequence, Cosby is willing to defer this claim, while pressing the claim for Canso.
