And that as the Receiving of said Rents Affected Mrs Belisle who had presented him with a Petition, he had therefore Called them for their Advice and Opinion thereon; Which being Orderd to be Read, As Also his Honours Own Proposalls for their Consideration, the Board are of Opinion yt his Honour may Give his Orders for her present Releife And Continue the same Provided Allways it May Not Affect or Prejudice Either his Majestys Prerogative or Her Right And that her Pretentions should be Examin'd into as soon as possible That it way be Known Whether they Are Quit Rents or ffarme Rents

Then his Honr Informed the Board That [376] That he had summond William Winniett Esqr As Usuall to Attend the Council And that as he had frequently Refused to Attend by sending frivolous Excuses As Appears bythe Minute of Council, And had on several Occasions behaved himself Disrespectfully That Therefore, And Other Reasons, which he Would Lay before his Majesty, he Did Suspend him the said William Winniet Esqr from being a Member of this Board till His Majestys Pleasure be thereon farther known
