"Unveiling of cairn at Lower Granville commemorating first European settlement in Acadia 1605"
The Spectator (Annapolis Royal), 31 July 1924, reported that the cairn would be formally unveiled in Lower Granville (Port Royal) on Wednesday afternoon, 13 August, followed by a supper in Island Hall.
