Port Medway Parish (Anglican) was established in 1866. The parish was renamed Eagle Head Parish in 1984 when Saint John's, Eagle Head, became the parish church.

Fonds consists of baptismal registers, 1866-1965; marriage registers, 1869-1986; burial registers, 1866-1987; and confirmation registers, 1889-1964. Besides Eagle Head, includes registrations for inhabitants of Beach Meadows, Blueberry, Brooklyn, Charleston, East Berlin, Grafton, Italy Cross, Liverpool, Mill Village, Milton, Port Medway, Pudding Pan, and West Berlin.
