Barrington, Churchover, and Birchtown Parish (Anglican) was established in 1960. In 1980, it united with Lockeport Parish to form Lockeport and Barrington Parish.

Fonds consists of baptismal registers, 1911-1973; marriage registers, 1912-1973; burial registers, 1911-1974; and confirmation registers, 1913-1966. Includes registrations for inhabitants of Barrington, Barrington Passage, Barrington West, Birchtown, Clarks Harbour, Churchover, Doctors Cove, Gunning Cove, Hartz Point, McNutts Island, Roseway, and South Side, Cape Sable Island. Fonds also includes registers for Barrington Mission, 1861-1867.
