Wilmot Parish (Anglican) was established in 1789, with Holy Trinity, Middleton, (consecrated 1792) as the parish church.

Fonds consists of baptismal registers, 1789-1973; marriage registers, 1790-1946; burial registers, 1790-1962; confirmation registers, 1842-1958, and minutes of parish and vestry meetings, 1795-1852. Besides Middleton, includes registrations for inhabitants of Aylesford, Belleisle, Brickton, Bridgetown, Brookvale, Clarence, Dalhousie, Durland Settlement, Gates Breakwater, Gates Mountain, Granville, Handley Mountain, Kingston, Lawrencetown, Margaretsville, Melvern Square, Nictaux, Paradise, Port George, Victoriavale, Wilmot, and Wilmot Springs.
