Craftsman and bungalow buildings, 1910-1940, include the following characteristics:
- wood or stucco construction,
- steeply pitched low sweeping roofs with large shed dormers, these overhanging roofs are supported by triangular knee braces, exposed beams and rafter tails,
- end chimneys,
- centered or off-centered doorways, symmetrical facade, and large porches with square columns or posts.
