Copy of petition of John Killam and the Yarmouth Lock and Canal Proprietors, stating that the expenses of their undertaking has already been double their expectations, that it is necessary to rebuild a bridge at the head of Cape Fourchu Harbour, and asking for a grant of £300 for building the bridge.
