Sir
Herewith you will receive Plans and Report, in respect to a Tract of Land 1000 acres, reserved for the Indians at shinimicas, you will proceed to lay off the Land in 100 acre lots that it may be sold to the highest bidder for the benefit of the Indians, you will lend to me your report of these surveys, with your estimate of the value of each lot if sold in the open market.
