My dear sir,
Since my return home, I have been applied to respecting the aid granted to the Indians at McNair's Cove, Strait of Canso. Ten pounds were granted for this service. I never written toJames Wallace Esq a magistrate at the [Cou?] to attend to their relief. Presuming that he will do so, will you be good enough to honor his draft for the amount.
