[What - left side edge torn] great addition & benefit would it make to our Settlement
if even the half of that tract of land lying in its [?wilderness]
state would be settled by our people.

The Bearer who is sent purposely by the respectable
body of [?Inhabitants] , is an intelligent & well informed
person & will be able to answer any questions in addition,
which may be put to him
