We the undersigned beg respectfully to recommend the Bearer Francis Toney Native Indian, to the notice of His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor; and to say that we have found him to be a sober, quiet and deserving man and we consider the prayer of his petition to be correct, and merit the consideration of His Excellency.
