Gostling to George Leckie relative to appeals from the decision of the court at Tortola in the case of the "Industry", a prize taken in there and restored to its owners.  They recommend that further appeals be precluded by moving the Lords of the Privy Council "to pronounce the Appeal of the Claimant deserted."
