IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of James AinsleeWesley

Born at Greenville in the County of Yarmouth

That James AinsleeWesley Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Greenville Yarmouth County on September 22, 1924

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

My parents were no married when I was born, I was born at home delivered by a midwife and registration of birth overlooked. When I enlisted to serve in the Canadian Army in 1943 my mother signed the necessary papers but I have no copy. Copy of my army discharge registration is attached.

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
