AFFIDAVIT

IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of MarionOicle

Born at Liverpool in the County of Queens

That MarionOicle Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Liverpool Queens County on April 26, 1924

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

The circumstance is I got no birth certificate and I know I need one and want one. I called the Welfare and ask for a legal aid Lawyer and they said yes I would have one on the matter and if you can't give a one, I will have to go to court and try for one. I don't know where else to try for one but here.

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
